2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

• To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or meet your jurisdiction's legal age of consent.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any account information or credentials shared with you.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

3. Services and Deliverables

All services provided by Azar Digi Services, including but not limited to web development, marketing, hosting, branding, and consulting, are delivered as per formal agreements or project scope shared via email, proposal, or contract. We commit to timelines and quality unless hindered by third-party factors beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in INR (₹) or as per the mutually agreed currency.
• Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise specified.
• Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, all code, creative content, designs, and strategies remain the intellectual property of Azar Digi Services until full payment is received. Post-payment, the client receives a non-transferable license unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, trade secrets, or client details shared during project execution, unless required by law.

7. Limitations of Liability

Azar Digi Services shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the respective service.

8. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any service if the client violates any terms outlined herein.
• Upon termination, all pending dues become immediately payable.
• All intellectual property ownership reverts as per contractual agreements.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services implies your agreement to the updated version.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Deoria,UP.
